1How can I contact you?
You can send us your request conveniently online from your computer, smartphone or tablet, or visit us at our office at Piazza Bernini n. 6 in Ravenna.
2How do I request a quote?
Send us the document you would like to have translated and indicate the language into which it is to be translated. We will immediately prepare a time and cost estimate for the requested service, respecting your privacy in accordance with GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
3What is the next step?
We generally require a deposit, which can be paid by bank transfer, Satispay or at our office in cash or by debit or credit card.
Once we receive your confirmation, a dedicated project manager will coordinate the professionals involved in the project and keep you updated on progress.
4Will the translation be done by a native translator?
The translation will be carried out by one or more professional native translators specialised in the field of your request, always in compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 17100.
5Will the translation be proofread?
The translation will be thoroughly proofread by independent proofreaders, who will compare it in its entirety with the original text, checking linguistic, formal and graphic aspects. The project manager will carry out a final quality control check to ensure that the product fully meets your requirements.

6In which formats will the translation be delivered?
We will deliver the translation in the same format in which you sent us the document or in the format you request (mainly Word, PDF, IDML files, etc).
7What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: bank transfer, Satispay, PayPal, cash, debit or credit card.
8Do I have to be present when the translation is sworn?
No, you do not need to be present. The translator will go directly to the court or justice of the peace to swear the translation. You can then collect the document from our office or have us send it to you by post or courier.
9How long will the translation take?
